
Paul Farrelly started PKF IT Services after
spending the last 24 years within the IT services market-place as both a customer working within operations for 9 years and
for the last 15 years in the Systems Integration and consulting market. Over the last few years Paul has specialised in delivering
IT Services for some of the world’s largest enterprise clients representing major UK and Global service providers at
senior management. Paul’s first 9 years were spent as an IBM DataCenter Mainframe operations specialist working
on IBM 3083, 3090, AS400 and Amdahl machines. Paul specialised in VM, MVS, IMS, CICS, CA and VTAM where he developed his passion
and knowledge for IT Network Services and Data Center solutions as the early OSI and IP technologies developed. In the
last 12 years Paul has worked for some of the largest Systems Integrator and consulting companies and was most recently at
Accenture.

Director in EMEA Paul joined Accenture to deliver global Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing (ITO) to compliment the existing
key Accenture business areas of BPO, Applications Outsourcing and Consultancy. Paul sat on the Accenture global team
leading nets and comms strategy and also delivered coaching and direction to the European telcos and strategic partners such
as Cisco Systems, Juniper, BT Global Services, Verizon Business and Orange Business Services.
BT Finance Industry Solutions (BT Global Services)
Position: GM, Head of ICT Solutions,
Global Finance Sector
Joined
BT Global Services to develop the new ICT specialist sales function across BT’s Major Business Finance sector (£
1.2 Billion global sector) as part of BT’s drive into IT and Network Services. Paul developed and built the presales
technical teams for Applications Management, Hosting, Storage and CRM specialist sales. With the transition of MB into
the Global Services organisation Paul was asked to take on responsibility for the Finance Industry Sector strategy, development
and partner program for all ICT at circa £ 850 million per annum. Paul was also given responsibility to represent
FIS on the Marketing Governance board, the Global Finance Sector Council and other sales development initiatives. Paul was
also responsible for all partner development within this sector working with Cisco, HP, Nortel, Avaya, IBM, NCR and Unisys
as well as being one of 32 GM who sat on the development committee for the BT 21CN planning and transition project.
Giantloop Networks (Data Storage and Optical Solutions
Company)
Position: Operations Director EMEA
Paul was the co-founder and OperationalDirector
for GiantLoop EMEA with the primary organisation based out of Boston USA and founded by a number of ex-EMC senior executives.
Giantloops value proposition was based around selling Professional Services and software solutions as part of there managed
services offering. This in turn was a suite of software products focused on the multi domain data centre to data centre
end to end ‘Data Path Management’.

Director
Paul joined the then Managing Director of Enterprise Sales at Computacenter
to help develop and head up their move into networking and other enterprise services such as storage, optical and voice services.
Paul developed the concept of technically focused specialist sales teams as overlay to the corporate Computacenter sales teams,
focused on the tier 1 accounts. Paul developed the relationships with Cisco, Nortel, 3Com, EMC, HDS, Netapps and Veritas
over the period and built the Enterprise solutions sales line from an initial £ 10 million of scattered sales to a group
wide team delivering over £ 100 million and winning the Cisco partner of the year award at the 2000 partner conference
as well as the Nortel VAR of the year the same year. Paul worked as part of the cross group development team driving
Computacenter strategy, developing new propositions and rectify operational and delivery issues.
